- This is a remote position. The person must be located in either AR, CO, IA, IL, MO, TN, or TX..
- Reporting and Data Analysis / Excel Expert:
- Advanced Excel proficiency expertise is required (i.e., pivot tables and advanced data analysis)
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate accurate and timely reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant data.
- Create visually appealing charts and graphs to present data effectively.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and verification.
- Generate and distribute regular reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Communications Management:
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and newsletters.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and document / distribute minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other communication materials.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Data entry and manipulation.
- Formula creation (VLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.).
- Pivot tables and charts.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
