Medical Business Solutions is a well-established local business that provides management and consultant services to private medical practices and physician groups. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, a background in office/clerical work, and the desire to become part of a close-knit working team with opportunities for advancement.
The main duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and maintaining the CEO's calendar
- Project tracking and management
- Correspondence - drafting and editing documents, contracts etc.
- Assistance to upper level management with basic accounting and human resource functions
- Confidentiality - handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous office experience - 2 years minimum
- High school diploma required, some college preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite products and other computer knowledge
