What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assisting Instructor position at Medical Career Academy?
Instructor Responsibilities:
· Ensure students adhere to Medical Career Academy policies and safety procedures
· Conduct in-person lectures and labs while following MCA's curriculum for Medical Assisting
· Demonstrate medical assisting skills and procedures to the students
· Record student attendance, track grades, and perform skills assessments
Instructor Education and Skill Requirements:
· Associate’s Degree (preferred)
· Verifiable CCMA certification or equivalent
· Minimum of 2 years working as a Medical Assistant
· Experience with EKGs and Phlebotomy
· Previous teaching experience (preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
