The PCA, under supervision of the Unit Director / Charge Nurse / Staff LPN, provides routine patient care in accordance to MCB established policy and procedures. Delivers care based on patients’ needs appropriate to age and developmental level for the pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patient. Demonstrates cooperation, flexibility, and resourcefulness when dealing with patient, visitors, physicians, and hospital personnel.
Licenses / Certificates : BLS Certified within 30 days of employment.
