Qualifications:
A. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree preferred. Courses in hospital or institutional management preferred.
B. Training and Experience:
Experience in functions to be supervised. Experience in supervising or directing activities. Verbal ability to communicate with department, hospital, and medical staff. Clerical skills to complete written records.
Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
A. Extensive walking, stooping, and standing.
B. Capable of performing any job or work assigned to department employees.
C. Visual ability to detect cleanliness.
