POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services. The HRG provides support to HR functions as needed, manage contractors, and oversees the record keeping for contractors. Provides assistance to employees and directors with employee relations concerns. This position will oversee the HR functions of the doctor's clinics and provide support to the Hospital HR Team. Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Onboarding/Hiring of new clinic employees
- Employee Administration (including licensure maintenance/sanction check)/Benefits (including FMLA and bill reconciliation)/Payroll
- Employee Relations/Unemployment
- Employee Changes
- Termination Process
- Providing support to Hospital HR staff when needed

- Equivalent to a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, human resources, management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of four years of professional personnel or human resources experience which has included recruitment and selection, classification, compensation, and employee relations.
- Computer skill required is working knowledge of work processing and spreadsheet programs, such as MS Word and Excel. Experience using iSolved HRIS preferred.
