POSITION SUMMARY :
Under the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services. The HRG provides support to HR functions as needed, manage contractors, and oversees the record keeping for contractors. Provides assistance to employees and directors with employee relations concerns. This position will oversee the HR functions of the doctor's clinics and provide support to the Hospital HR Team. Job duties will include but are not limited to :
- Onboarding / Hiring of new clinic employees
- Employee Administration (including licensure maintenance / sanction check) / Benefits (including FMLA and bill reconciliation) / Payroll
- Employee Relations / Unemployment
- Employee Changes
- Termination Process
- Providing support to Hospital HR staff when needed
