Job Details

  • Medical City Dallas – Speech therapy
  • Experience in acute care or inpatient rehab with 1 year experience with adult population
  • Must be competent in Modified Barium Swallow Studies
  • Dysphagia evals and treatment
  • Cognitive evals and treatment
  • PMV evals

    • Job Requirements

  • SLP license and ASHA recommended

    • Schedule Information

  • Day Shift – 3 to 4 SLPs for adult
  • Rotating weekends, no call

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Acute care and inpatient rehab speech therapy adults
  • Best personality Fit : Flexible, team player, collaborative, confident

    • Additional Details

  • Number of Beds - ~ 1000 beds
  • Number of Staff – 8 to 10 FT and PRN STs
  • Patient Ratios – 8 to 12 patients depending on evaluations / treatments
  • Type of equipment – MBS for ST
  • EMR - Meditech

    • Salary : $2,174
