Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.
- Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Monitoring and evaluating nursing care in accordance with established policies.
- Supporting the development of staff members through coaching, feedback, and training.
- Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the State of Texas or compact licensure.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Minimum of one year experience as an RN in a high-acuity PCU or critical care unit.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of employment start date.
