About the Role
As a Breastfeeding Management Specialist, you will work closely with our maternal-child staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide expert lactation care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing lactation management plans, educating staff on best practices in breastfeeding, and collaborating with our Clinical Education Market Director to evaluate and refine our lactation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lactation management plans that meet the unique needs of our patients
- Provide education and training to staff on best practices in breastfeeding
- Collaborate with the Clinical Education Market Director to evaluate and refine our lactation programs
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
- Neonate Resuscitate within 3 months of hire
- Intl Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Required within two years of hire
- Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree in Nursing Preferred
