Job Summary
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit. The CNC will work closely with the management team to monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Two years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit and leadership/management experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
