Job Summary and Qualifications
- The Manager for Occupational and Employee Health ensures high-quality patient-centered care by supervising the services of the Occupational and Employee Health Program.
- The Manager administers policies, procedures, and guidelines to align the workforce with strategic goals to manage employee health and safety.
- The Manager plans, implements, and evaluates systems and program plans to provide integrated services compatible with occupational needs of participating facilities and patients served.
What Qualifications You Will Need:
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- 2 years' experience in nursing required.
Licensure/Certification/Training:
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license.
- BLS certification.
