Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have two years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit and leadership/management experience. A Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date.
