Job Summary And Qualifications
Responsible for the daily maintaining of an accurate schedule book for surgical procedures. Schedules non-surgical procedures for anesthesia. Also functions as receptionist. Maintains current surgical procedure log. Assists with clerical duties as requested. Collaborates with assistant director for accurate posting of surgical procedures.
What qualifications you will need:
Organizational and priority setting abilities.
Communicate effectively with surgeon’s offices and other units.
Customer Service Skills Required.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
