Job Summary
As a CT Rad Technologist at Medical City Lewisville, you will perform quality diagnostic procedures in an accurate and timely fashion. You will operate CT and X-ray equipment and process images as required. You will prepare the CT room, equipment, supplies, and medication as indicated for the procedure/exam being performed. You will practice proper radiation safety techniques on all exams and ensure your direct reports and other staff members follow the same precautions. You will maintain a safe environment for patients, co-workers, and visitors. You will support and help achieve departmental and hospital goals. You will provide services to all age groups (infant to geriatric).
Qualifications
Must have current license (ARRT)(R)(CT). If associate does not hold advanced certification, associate shall obtain within 6 months of hire/promotion or completion of training program. Must have current Texas license (MRT). BLS certification from HCA approved vendor. Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program or equivalent with appropriate state licensure and National Registry(s)
