Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Medical City McKinney. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing various radiographic procedures, utilizing nuclear medicine cameras, and administering radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
About This Role
- Perform general Radiographic procedures, including tests on inpatients and outpatients.
- Utilize Nuclear Medicine Cameras and varied equipment.
- Administer Radiopharmaceuticals and establish protocols for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
- Maintain radiation safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate of AMA-approved School of Radiology Technology and/or Nuclear Medicine.
- Acute care facility experience preferred.
- One year nuclear medicine experience preferred.
- Licenses with the State of Texas required.
- Registered by the ARRT (N) and/or the NMTCB required.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross BLS required.
