Role Description
- This is a full-time role of Regional Director of Aesthetics in the greater Albany, New York area. Responsibility includes managing and supervising 3 clinic locations (including 1 in NYC) ensuring that high-quality services are provided to clients, staff development, and compliance with all policies and procedures. Limited travel in the Albany area to NYC area
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Regional Director (RD) provides leadership for all aspects of their clinic territory with an emphasis on meeting short- and long-term goals, and clinic & staff development. They provide leadership and oversight to their clinic territory, ensuring that all clinics perform to standard. The RD creates a KPI-driven culture across their territory, with emphasis on critical performance factors.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for operational excellence and financial performance of all clinics within their designated territory.
- Maintains oversight and leads management of supporting clinic operations & performance.
- Leads by example with focus, motivation and empathy to create a culture of accountability to results within a fun and productive environment.
- Develops strategic and consultative sales professionals using 1:1, situational, experiential, workshop and role-play coaching techniques.
- Facilitates training programs for new managers, preparing them to successfully lead their clinic operations and staff.
- Works alongside the company’s leadership team to develop/improve world class training, marketing, and sales initiatives.
- Builds and sustains a high-performance culture through attracting, developing, and retaining a highly motivated team, and teaches direct reports to do the same.
- Drives top funnel behavior that will yield long-term results.
- Leverages intellectual curiosity and industry affinities to develop a broad understanding of industry trends, employee retention strategies, effective sales processes.
- Strategically develops an active presence in the business community to cultivate new business opportunities for sales team members.
- Evaluates employee performance; places emphasis on career pathing/employee development and makes recommendations for promotions.
- Thoroughly understand all Options programs and serves as a subject matter expert on all programs. Ensures all staff are kept informed of any new programs or changes to existing programs, and trains staff to be subject matter experts as well.
- Works with leadership to establish short-term objectives, long-range goals, and related plans.
- Review the results of all operations, comparing them with the company’s objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
- Performs consultations, counseling sessions, and working at the front desk, as needed.
- Ensure the clinic’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
- 4-7 years in a multiple unit management role within healthcare or retail industry required; experience in the med spa, plastic surgery, beauty industry is preferred but not required.
- 4 years managing multiple locations with increasing revenue oversight.
- 4 years of inventory and budget management.
- 5 years of people management experience, including setting and reaching quotas.
- 5-7 years of interviewing and selection.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

TRAVEL
The Regional Director is required to travel regularly to their supporting clinics. Travel for this position outside of their region is minimal.
