In the role of an Administrative Supervisor you will be working in our Surgery Department.
Purpose
The Administrative Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations, program development, and supporting faculty and staff in the Division of Vascular & Endovascular Surgery. This position is responsible for supervising administrative personnel, ensuring efficient workflow, managing operational processes and implementing strategies to improve administrative support services. The Administrative Supervisor will collaborate with division leadership to support clinical program development, personnel management, faculty and staff recruitment, space planning, and operational processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administrative Operations & Staff Supervision
Supervise administrative support staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Assist in faculty and staff recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management.
Monitor office and event expenditures and oversee purchasing processes.
Implement and refine administrative procedures to improve overall effectiveness.
Support division leadership with special projects, including faculty recruitment efforts and operational strategy initiatives.
