These top-quality health care organizations are partnering to improve the health and well-being of children and adolescents in Northeast and Central Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, through joint venture called Connected for Kids. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with primary and specialty care providers at these organizations to improve patient outcomes. Opportunity
- Conduct outpatient clinic, including food challenges and immunotherapy, with the opportunity to develop additional programs.
