Department of Surgery
Division of Minimally Invasive and Gastrointestinal Surgery
The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) Department of Surgery is currently seeking a MIS Fellowship trained surgeon to join the Division of Minimally Invasive and Gastrointestinal Surgery (MIGS). The clinical practice associated with this position will be based at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital (our health system’s academic medical center) and at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital. The ideal candidate will have expertise and experience in advanced primary and reoperative foregut and bariatric surgery. Endoscopic surgery and robotic surgery experience would be welcomed. Applicants with a strong interest in the training of surgical residents and our Fellowship Council Accredited MIS Fellowship are desired.
Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree and must be certified by the American Board of Surgery or eligible for such certification. Academic rank and compensation are dependent on qualifications and experience.
The Department of Surgery is comprised of 11 divisions, including 9 clinical divisions, a Division of Education, and a Division of Research. The Division of Minimally Invasive and Gastrointestinal Surgery currently includes 8 faculty members.
