Hybrid Work Arrangement: 95% Remote & 5% Onsite. This position is open to Wisconsin residents, as well as Illinois residents, who are able to come onsite at our Milwaukee location, as needed. Responsibilities: Knowledge - Skills - Abilities:
In the role of Coding Practice Services Manager II you will be working in Clinical Practice Services. This role works independently under the direction of the Director of Billing & Collections to manage the activities of professional charge capture and coding. Provides direction and guidance to the team to support operations that maximizes revenue, meeting regulatory requirements. Consistently seeks out opportunities for process improvement and workflow efficiency.
Preferred Schedule:
Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Required Experience: 8 years' experience in multi-payer physician reimbursement with equivalent size scope. Certifications/Licenses: Certification in coding and/or healthcare compliance strongly preferred (RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CCS-P, CHC). Preferred Experience: Experience within an academic medical setting.
