Position Description:
The Managing Senior Director of Development is responsible for overseeing individuals within the Philanthropy team focused on raising major ($100K ) and leadership individual ($10K ) gifts, as well as managing a portfolio of prospective benefactors. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and direct engagement with high-potential donors to drive significant contributions to Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of fundraising strategies, and a proven track record in donor relations and portfolio management. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: Why MCW?
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum experience:10 years in the Advancement field, with a preference for experience in the higher education or healthcare sectors
Preferred education: Master's Degree
Preferred experience: Proven track record of closing six-figure gifts in a complex organization.
