Position Description:
The Patient Relations Representative III (PRR) is the gate keeper and subject matter expert for all things scheduling related for the Neuropsychology Clinic. It requires in depth knowledge and understanding of the specialty as well as all schedules and scheduling tools. The expectation of the PRR is to provide excellent customer service, clear communication to patients, providers, and partners, and ensure that all appointment days and times are being utilized to their fullest potential.
