In the role of a Program Manager I you will be working in our Pediatrics Department. Purpose Work independently, under the direction of the Director of Medical Education and Vice Chair of Education, to manage the activities of Pediatric Training Program(s). Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program's goals. Primary Functions Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness. Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs.
