Purpose
Support the activities for the international physician and assist with the onboarding efforts for the department. Work under the direction of the Associate Department Administrator to partner with and support the international provider engagement through the onboarding process. Participate with the team to facilitate the achievement of international recruitment goals.
Primary Functions
- Support the department's international program, provider interviews, and onboarding.
- Organize all logistics related to new international provider orientation, including scheduling, preparing communications and materials, and technology / venue needs.
- Support our international providers with their board exemption, WI license, work visa, and other areas to help with their successful onboarding to the department.
- Monitor the effectiveness of onboarding and related programs.
- Evaluate and assess input from new providers and devise follow-up training to meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate on the development of program materials, including educational resources, websites, and reports.
- Maintain and continue to develop provider onboarding checklists.
- Assist in industry research of best practices related to onboarding, development and engagement of international healthcare providers.
- Develop and track the progress of measured goals.
- Develop, conduct, and deliver training for international groups and individuals in connection with FH / MCP goals.

Minimum Required Education : Bachelor's degree
