Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Creative team. You’ll manage cross-platform ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), lead SEO efforts, and use AI tools to enhance performance. The role also includes managing online business profiles to ensure accurate, optimized local presence.
Role Time Allocation (varies upon need):
- 50% Creating and optimizing AI-powered Google Ads and online business profiles
- 40% Managing Meta and LinkedIn postings and ad campaigns with creative strategy
- 10% Conduct SEO and keyword research to support paid and organic search
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize AI-powered Google Ads and Bing campaigns
- Manage Meta and LinkedIn posting and ad campaigns with creative strategy
- Maintain and optimize online business profiles (Google Business Profile, Yelp, etc.)
- Ensure consistency and performance across Google Maps and listing platforms
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to support paid and organic search
- Collaborate on high-converting landing pages and content
- Analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable reports
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge base of Meta and LinkedIn platforms
- Strong PPC skills with experience in campaign performance analysis
- Google Ads & Analytics certified
- Familiar with Google Business Profile, Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity
- Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
