Medical Consulting Group has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Relationship Manger who is a polished communicator with all levels of clients and co-workers. Client management sophistication and astute attention to detail are key components of success within this role.
The Customer Relationship Manager will be heavily involved in the management of our client success platform which is critical to Corcoran Consulting Group’s continued growth.
Regularly you will . . .
- Exercise superior customer service skills
- Field phone calls between consultants and clients
- Manage/maintain consultant calendars and provide any necessary support
- Facilitate development of multi-channel client engagement
- Prepare, communicate and exchange quotes, proposals and agreements
- Prepare calculations for pre-approved travel for consultants
- Assist with client training (both in person and via live webinar) including preparation and shipping of training material and handouts
- Prepare templated fee schedules
- Manage subscription renewals
- Maintain client records in customer relationship management program, GoldMine, and WordPress for web subscriptions
Success in this position will require . . .
- Experience with CRM programs
- High proficiency with Word (formatting important), Excel (including formulas), PowerPoint
- Experience with accounting and billing (QuickBooks preferred)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be helpful and provide outstanding customer service
