CDHP Implementation Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY
The position of Implementation Specialist is responsible for the entire process of implementing new clients. This position requires strong customer service and time management skills, attention to detail, organization skills, and be a subject matter expert on all Consumer Driven Health Plans and system capabilities. Ongoing follow-up is required to ensure the client implementation is on track and completed on time.
TASKS
- Reach out and schedule the implementation call for all new clients, or existing clients implementing a new benefit plan
- Prepare, send, monitor for return of signed Administrative Service Agreements (ASA), Business Associate Agreements (BAA), and Implementation Checklist
- Forward these documents to Medcom's President for execution and forward the fully executed copy back to the client/broker
- Monitor for return of completed banking form
- Customize and send enrollment materials and enrollment template
- Coordinate with Systems Administrator for systems setup once all appropriate documents are returned
- Coordinate with Compliance Team for preparation of plan documents and first year's Nondiscrimination Testing, as applicable
- Update HRA data for claims processing team, as applicable
- Coordinate with Eligibility Team for processing and auditing of enrollment data
- Complete and send welcome letter including any funding requirements
- Hand off to assigned Account Manager and provide any applicable details or nuances of the group they need to know about or promises made
- Coordinate and prioritize implementation of new clients with time sensitive deadlines.
- Maintain accurate data and updates in the appropriate systems at all times.
- Follow all Medcom policies as they relate to privacy and security
- Work overtime as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
