Are you a dependable driver looking for a flexible side income? We’re hiring STAT Medical Couriers for both day and night shifts, servicing all of Ohio. If you're reliable, quick on your feet, and open to traveling outside of Cleveland—including areas like Dover, Columbus, Mansfield, and beyond—this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position Details:
- Shifts Available: Day & Night (Monday–Friday most weekends)
- Coverage Area: Ohio (must be willing to travel outside of Cleveland)
- Compensation: Paid per delivery ($7–$165 per STAT job, based on distance)
- Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit
- Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Additional Training: Opportunity to train as a backup driver for routes:
- Full pay when covering an entire route.
- Half pay when training as a backup for a route.
What to Expect:
- STAT work operates similarly to DoorDash—the farther you go, the higher the pay.
- We do not pay by mileage.
- We do not reimburse for gas or expenses (drivers cover their own costs).
- Peak times offer higher earning potential.
- Weekly service fees are deducted from pay.
- Average earnings: $350–$600 per week (this job is best as a second income, not a primary source).
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Must be comfortable driving long distances (travel outside of Cleveland is mandatory).
- Must be professional and punctual—we service major healthcare providers like MetroHealth and Cleveland Clinic.
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Smartphone with GPS capability.
