Reporting to the CEO, the right candidate is results oriented, has excellent sales skills, thinks creatively, can develop relationships with prospective customers, and is self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
· Promote the Company's neuro health solutions for business growth.
· Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and product goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
· Develop and execute a strategic business plan with sales pipeline and activity goals.
· Utilize all communication mediums to generate leads and develop prospective clients.
· Close business and build the region’s business.
· Conduct in-services and training to customers, tailored to their needs.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
· Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Proven sales experience in the neuro health, med tech, or medical legal arena.
· Experience working with medical providers and attorneys is beneficial.
· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with Salesforce and advanced knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite.
Compensation:
Highly competitive compensation package. Total compensation: $160-175K (total comp at plan); base salary $80-120K (experience dependent); monthly commissions, and quarterly and year-end bonuses; equity position in rapidly emerging start-up.
