OPPORTUNITY/TITLE: Hyper growth heathcare (medical sales) related company seeks Director of Finance and Procurement. This position will report to the CCO and CIO of the organization.

This comapny has forever changed the way hospitals measure operating room compliance at the C-level which is now manatory in all acute care and surgery center settings.
ROLE: This is a Director of opperations role. This is a high level leadership role. You be charged with leading finacial planning, budgeting, procurement stratagies, and analytics functions. This postion requires an experienced financial leader with a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. As Director you will play a critical role in enhancing the finacial helath, optimizing procurement processes, abd supporting data driven decision making to drive growth, revenue, and cost efficiencies.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES: Finacial Planing, Forecasting, Budgeting, Finacial Analysis, Reporting, Strategic Support, Risk Management, Cost Management, Efficiency, Collaboration w/ other Departments, Leadership & Collaboration.
*** You will work closely with the Founder (ex-Stryker), CEO, President (ex-Philips), COO, CIO, Sales (ex-Stericycle), and Marketing ***
QUALIFICATIONS (see below):
EDUCATION: Seeking Masters degree in Finance, Accouting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA and/or CPA preffered but not required.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in finace and procurement (FP&A functional role) with leadership and senior management experience as well.
SKILLS: Strong expertise in finacial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proven experience in procurement and supplier management, including contract negotiations and cost savings intititives. Proficiency in data analytics, finacial reporting tools, and finacial systems *** Power BI/Tableau, ERP - Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM or similar finacial ERP software *** Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demostrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

SALARY: $180-200K and negoctiable (based on industry standard).
