Medical Director Services PC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services at a skilled nursing facility in Deptford, NJ.

Provider Duties:
- Serves as primary care provider for long-term and short-term residents by assessing patient health through physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
- Promotes team-based care by collaborating with attending physicians and nursing home staff to deliver high-quality care.
- Develops relationships with residents and families, educates them on evidence-based care plans tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Maintains adherence to federal, state, and local regulations by studying legislation, anticipating future changes, and advising management on necessary actions.
- Stays current with industry developments by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Maintains a safe working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations, and upholding the organization's core values of respect, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
- Ensures timely and efficient charting, documentation, and administration of care.
