- Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including social media, online platforms, industry events, and referral networks.
- Engage with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to create interest in our products and services.
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads, tracking engagement and progress throughout the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively handed off and followed up on.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and gather information on potential leads and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and refine target audience profiles.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.

- Continuously improve lead generation processes by staying up to date on best practices and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone and in writing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and prioritize potential customers.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
