Requirements:

• Current and valid Ohio (or compact state) LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required.
• Minimum 1 years of experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) within the last 2 years working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
