Position: Data Analyst - Capital Equipment
Duration: 6 months
Hybrid role (3 days onsite (Tue-Thu), 2 days remote (Mon & Fri)).
Location: Boston, MA area

About The Role
The Sales Operations Analyst role will support the Capital Equipment team and the Urology Commercial Data Solutions team in data preparation & auditing of historical program data for future automated reporting.

About The Role
The Sales Operations Analyst role will support the Capital Equipment team and the Urology Commercial Data Solutions team in data preparation & auditing of historical program data for future automated reporting.
Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To
- Partnering with various cross functional partners to identify data needs for creating a centralized database utilized to drive reporting and analytics
- Validating historical Capital Sales Program data with great attention to detail
- Data auditing and cleansing for accurate future reporting needs
- Effectively communicating to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- Must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast-paced world of sales.
- Detail oriented but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Individual should be able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- College degree: data and analytical fields preferred
- Years of work experience: not required
- Proficiency in using Tableau Desktop / Server
- Strong knowledge within SQL & Microsoft Access
- Experience navigating Salesforce CRM platform
- Familiar with SAP (ERP System)
