Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations
- Answering phone calls
- Directing Customers to appropriate departments
- Manage Mail
- Process Incoming packages
Desired Abilities
- Great communicator. Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with customers, ensuring a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Attention to detail. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google platforms
- Strong organizational and data entry skills skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work well as a team for the common goal providing an excellent customer experience
- Familiarity with front desk operations preferred
- Takes personal responsibility and follows through on tasks and projects
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Starting from $15.00 per hour during 6 week evaluation period
Expected hours: 40 hours / week
Schedule: 8 hour shifts
