Essential Functions (Duties / Responsibilities)
Identify and attract top talent using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Create and manage job postings on internal and external job boards and company websites.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers and other HR team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer process with candidates and hiring managers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.
8 : 30am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday
8 hours per day
