The Manager of Optical Operations must have a proven track record of driving sales through a consistent, high quality patient and customer experience in a multi-unit optical environment.
- Ability to ensure flawless execution of superior customer, establishing high standards of performance and operational excellence through high performing talent and adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Leads teams through effective performance management to include activities that ensure goals are consistently being met or exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Attracts and hires talent to ensure positions are filled timely, ability to build a bench of talent to be ready for placement.
- Analyzes the business, creating and communicating clear action plans that optimize results
- Inspires team growth through individual development plans to promote an environment of personal growth and accountability.
- Provides on-the-job training and guidance
- Creates an inspiring and inclusive work environment
Requirements
- 2 years multi-unit optical management experience
- A proven track record of delivering positive results and positive growth
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
