Parham Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Richmond is recruiting for a Maintenance Director for a 180 bed skilled nursing center.
The Maintenance Director maintains preventive maintenance schedules using Building Engines, Electronic facility Management system. Repairs physical structures, maintains utility systems of building, and maintains grounds. Supervises support staff and contractors as applicable. Installs, services, and repairs mechanical equipment.
Education : High School Diploma or GED
Licensure : Valid driver's license
Experience and / or Pre-requisites
- Two years' experience in Maintenance in a commercial setting, Healthcare experience preferred.
- Possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair the above systems.
- Must be CFC certified in refrigeration Type I minimum within 6 months of hire date.
