Medical Facilities of America is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services (RN) to support several healthcare centers in the Richmond area. This position assesses, plans, evaluates, advises, and recommends actions to be taken to ensure the highest practicable level of outcome of patient care. Facilitates implementation of and ensures compliance with all MFA clinical programs. In addition, this position :
Facilitates implementation of and ensures compliance with MFA Quality of Life programs through focused reviews and development of center action plans.
Assists center management with the development of action plans following audits and monitors action plan follow-ups.
Assists and plans training for the clinical services department and in the centers when indicated
Prepares reports including progress, center visits, and areas of concentration as requested
Collaborates in the overall planning, evaluating, and initiation of policies and procedures.
Maintains current knowledge of federal and state regulationsand corporate policy affecting centers’ clinical problems.
Required : Current license in Virginia to practice as an RN. Minimum five year's experience in Nursing Administration and education.
Preferred : BSN Degree
