Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly experienced, data-driven Sr. Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for our digital apps and portals. This includes both member-facing and partner-facing experiences. You will be responsible for aligning and consolidating current digital platforms, driving roadmap priorities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences that meet and anticipate the needs of our members and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership & Vision
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for digital apps and portals.
- Conduct deep market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Align digital tools with business goals, customer needs, and future innovation.
- User-Centered Design & Experience
- Champion world-class user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
- Gather, interpret, and act on member and partner feedback.
- Drive design improvements and usability enhancements.
- Execution & Delivery
- Partner with engineering, design, and QA to ensure features are developed, tested, and released on time.
- Prioritize and manage feature backlogs in alignment with sprint cycles and strategic priorities.
- Ensure all features are thoroughly tested, user-ready, and properly documented.
- Change Management & Communication
- Own internal and external communication plans related to product updates and releases.
- Ensure appropriate training is provided to customer-facing teams and users.
- Develop user guides, training material, and communication content in collaboration with marketing and CX teams.
- Data & Performance Analytics
- Define, track, and report key product KPIs including engagement, usability, NPS, and retention.
- Leverage data to inform prioritization, feature design, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure dashboards and insights are accurate and actionable.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer success, and sales.
- Serve as the go-to expert for the digital experience across the organization.
- Inspire innovation while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on digital apps and portals.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling consumer or partner-facing digital platforms.
- Deep knowledge of usability, engagement strategies, and human-centered design.
- Strong understanding of mobile and web development processes and release management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficient in analytics and product tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Figma, JIRA, Confluence).
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Passion for member experience, digital innovation, and health tech.
