Position Overview:
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is experienced in clinical wellness and has a passion for helping patients achieve their health goals. Familiarity with wound care is a plus but not required. This position will involve providing comprehensive care, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, histories, and physical exams.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical findings.
- Prescribe and manage medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide wound care and management (experience preferred).
- Document patient information accurately and in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (NP) in Texas.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Strong background in clinical wellness.
- Wound care experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
