Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Jr/Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on website quality assurance, ensuring flawless user experiences and robust performance across various digital properties. A background in pharmaceutical education and/or marketing is strongly preferred to align with our industry needs.
Key Responsibilities
Website Testing:
- Perform thorough testing of websites, including functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
Cross-Browser/Device Testing:
- Utilize tools such as BrowserStack or similar platforms to conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing, ensuring consistent user experiences.
Bug Tracking:
- Use bug tracking tools such as Trello, JIRA, or similar platforms to log, track, and manage reported issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to resolve bugs in a timely manner.
Test Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts based on project requirements and user stories.
- Perform regression, integration, and system testing to validate product quality.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with development teams, designers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in website QA for pharmaceutical education and/or marketing projects.
- Proficiency with cross-browser and cross-device testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack).
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like Trello and JIRA.
- Strong understanding of website functionality, user experience, and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in website QA or a similar role.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
