Schedule : Providers generally work four 10-hour days, and rotate Saturday clinic, every 6 th or 7 th Saturday. When they work a Saturday, they get one day off that week, so Saturday is their 4 th day worked

Staff Mix : 2 PA s, 2 FNP s, 3 Psych ANP s, 3 RN s plus a Nursing Director, Health Unit Coordinator, several Medical Assistants, and a LCSW embedded in clinic to help with warm handoffs.
Credentialing Timeframe : 4-6 weeks
Length of Assignment : 3 Months
