MedMan (Medical Management, Inc.) seeks an experienced healthcare professional who thrives in a clinic setting with plans for growth, enjoys driving initiatives forward, and likes to create structure and processes.

Join our team as a full-time Administrator for Innovative Family Medicine of Idaho an Independent medical clinic in Twin Falls, Idaho

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Acumen : Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and healthcare revenue cycle management, including CPT and ICD-10 coding.
Leadership and Team Management : Proven ability to guide teams, set clear goals, and resolve conflicts with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving : Strong critical thinking skills to implement operational improvements and lead change initiatives.
Vendor and Contract Management : Experience negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective services.
Communication and Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with teams, vendors, and MedMan's Client Services Delivery Team effectively.
Healthcare Operations Knowledge : Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and tools like Excel, data analysis platforms, and healthcare-specific systems.

Skills & Qualifications

Provide leadership and oversight to clinical teams.

Experience with eCW is strongly preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in independent practice management is required.

Minimum Requirements :

High school diploma

3 years of Independent Practice Management

Proficiency in MS Office

eCW experience preferred
