Compensation : $22.00 - $31.00 per hour
Position Title : Assembly Technician (1st and 2nd Shift!)
Location : Onsite in Lake Zurich, IL
Position Summary
The Assembly Technician position works with cutting edge products and is responsible for following written and demonstrated procedures to build products and components. A large variety of techniques, tools, instructions, and equipment will be used to make products and components.
Schedule
1st shift : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM
2nd shift : Monday - Friday, 2 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM
Paid Breaks and Lunches
Responsibilities
- Produce small, assembled parts according to written procedures
- Work with little to no supervision and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner
- Run equipment such as adhesive dispenser, vertical shrinker, braider, tipping machines, drilling punching, and measuring devices to assemble catheters and parts
- Maintain written record of materials used, procedures followed and inspection features on supplied data forms (LHR, etc)
- Keep track of materials, tools, and procedures as the device is manufactured
- Affirm incoming materials that meet purchase order specifications
