About the Job :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Quality Technician II to join our team! In this role, you’ll support our Quality Department by helping ensure that our products meet high-quality standards and customer requirements. You’ll get to work with a great team, performing key quality checks and administrative tasks that help drive production forward.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow company procedures and maintain proper documentation.
- Support the creation of Lot History Records (LHRs) and Certificates of Compliance.
- Release materials from quarantine and track material returns.
- Audit and manage product labels and perform inspections.
- Enter and manage data, including scrap and yield information.
- Scan, file, and organize records, including inspection and training documents.
- Perform inspections using tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Work in our ERP system for various transactions.
- Report any issues or non-conformances to supervisors or engineering teams.
- Help with other quality tasks as needed, including inspections and audits.
- Be open to working overtime as needed.
