In this role, you’ll drive quality initiatives, ensure compliance with ISO and FDA standards, and lead projects that enhance product reliability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise testing, inspections, and training of inspectors and technicians.
- Develop and implement quality systems and control plans.
- Collaborate on product development and validation studies to meet ISO / FDA requirements.
- Lead production improvement initiatives and solve nonconformance issues.
- Conduct audits, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement across processes.
- Support sterilization systems and ensure product compliance.
