The Client Accounting Specialist position allows you the flexibility to work at home as long as you reside within a 50-mile radius of the Brooklyn, OH Medical Mutual office.

Responsibilities
Client Accounting Specialist I
Prepares invoices for self-administered health products. Administers the terms of the group's contracts including stop loss settlements and ERISA filing information. Performs an accounting / reporting customer service role to all group contacts. Performs a support role in general for the department which would include accounting and analysis. Works under close supervision.
- Conducts weekly and monthly invoicing of self-administered groups- claims, administrative fees, stop loss premium, commissions, manual invoice adjustments, queries, analysis, supplementary schedules, etc.
- Reviews contracts and group rates and terms set up in invoicing system.
- Performs weekly and monthly monitoring of specific and aggregate stop loss, annual stop loss settlements and ERISA filing information, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Works under supportive supervision.
Sr. Client Accounting Specialist
Prepares invoices for self-administered health products. Administers the terms of the group's contracts including stop loss settlements and ERISA filing information. Performs an accounting / reporting customer service role to all group contacts. Prepares monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. Assists in training new employees.
