What are the responsibilities and job description for the Echocardiographer position at MEDICAL OFFICE SERVICES?
```Duties:```
- Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac diagnostic tests using sonography equipment
- Evaluate and interpret echocardiogram results to diagnose and assess heart conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
- Utilize medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge to accurately assess and document patient conditions
- Follow aseptic technique and maintain a sterile environment during procedures
- Monitor vital signs and patient response during diagnostic evaluations
```Requirements:```
- Medical degree and completion of a residency program in cardiology
- Board certification in cardiology
- Valid medical license to practice as an Echocardiologist
- Proven experience in performing echocardiograms, and other diagnostic procedures
- Proficiency in interpreting echocardiogram results and diagnosing heart conditions
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology related to the cardiovascular system
- Familiarity with the use of sonography equipment for cardiac imaging
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and explain diagnoses to patients
