The Mid-level provider will provide comprehensive outpatient care, sharing responsibilities and collaborating with the physician in the care of patients. Duties include primary care for patients in the practice (outpatient visits only, no hospital inpatient work, no call), regular communication with patients’ in-person, by mail, e-mail or phone; and referral for specialty care when needed.
Required Education, Experience and Skills: Certification eligible as a Family or Internal Medicine, Current MA License, DEA, Mass Controlled Substance Registration and CPR Certification, 5 years experience in primary care. Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
Competitive base pay plus a productivity incentive bonus makes this position among the highest paid in Massachusetts for experienced applicants who can work independently and able to handle a full schedule of patients daily. (option for hourly or productivity-based pay scale)
